* If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
* After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to approval.
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
* Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund or replacement. -
